At Living Christian, we offer both digital downloads and physical products. Please review our shipping policies for each type of product below.

Digital Downloads

Delivery

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive an email with a download link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Non-Refundable

All sales of digital downloads are final. Please see our [Return Policy] for more details.

Physical Products

Processing Time

Orders for physical products are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 14-21  business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • International Shipping: 2-4 weeks

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
